The 65 W type-C PPS reference design integrates Infineon’s EZ-PD™ PAG1S and PAG1P controllers with the CoolGaN™ 600 V GIT HEMT. Compliant with global efficiency standards, including DoE level VI/CoC tier 2, it offers low standby power and high board power density. This solution targets USB PD and QC power adapters, supporting legacy charging requirements and providing hardware design files and firmware for customer use.
