The 45 W Type-C PPS reference design integrates Infineon’s EZ-PD™ PAG1S and PAG1P controllers with the CoolGaN™ 600 V GIT HEMT, meeting global efficiency standards including DoE level VI/CoC tier 2. It offers a standby power as low as <30 mW and a high board power density of 17.71 W/in³. Targeted for USB PD and QC power adapters, it also supports legacy charging requirements, providing a low BOM cost and high-performance PD/PPS/QC compliance.
