This daughterboard (EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCDP) is part of a family of evaluation boards for automotive power distributions. It consists of two 60V OptiMOSTM5 power MOSFETs (1.1 mOhm) in a back2back common drain configuration. It can address one load channel and offers a dedicated pre-charge path. Other available daughterboards include EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCS, EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCD and EB 2ED2410 3D 1BCSP, each with their own unique configurations and features.

  • In combination with board EB 2ED2410 3M
  • 0,5 mOhm shunt resistor
  • 60 V OptiMOSTM5 power MOSFET
  • MOSFET temp monitoring using NTC
  • Dedicated pre-charge path for loads
  • 20 A continuous or 30 A for 10 min
