The XMC7100 Evaluation Board (KIT_XMC71_EVK_LITE_V1) enables you to evaluate and develop your applications using the XMC7100D microcontroller. The XMC7100D is designed for industrial applications and is a true programmable embedded system-on-chip, integrating up to two 250-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 as the primary application processors, 100-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ that supports the following:
  • Low-power operations
  • Programmable analog and digital peripherals that allow faster time-to-market
ModusToolbox™ software supports application development using the XMC7100 evaluation kit by providing board support package (BSP) and validated code examples to help you get started. To download the latest version of the software, please visit the ModusToolbox™ webpage. Kit contents

  • Evaluation board for XMC7100D-F176K4160AA in TEQFP package with 176 pins dual 250-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M7 and 100MHz Cortex®-M0+ CPUs
  • CAN FD transceiver, a micro-B connector for USB device interface, provision for Gb Ethernet PHY transceiver with RJ45 connector interface
  • A potentiometer that can be used to simulate analog sensor output
  • A mode button and a mode LED for KitProg3
  • Two user LEDs, two user buttons, and a reset button for the XMC7100D
  • KitProg3 on-board programmer/debugger, USB-UART and USB-I2C bridge functionality through USB connector.
  • Headers compatible with Arduino for interfacing Arduino shields
  • Two S2GO headers and a mikroBus header for interfacing sensors
  • Fully compatible with the latest version of ModusToolboxTM
  • A 512-Mbit QSPI NOR flash
  • The board supports operating voltages from 3.3 V to 5.0 V for XMC7100D
