OptiMOS™ 5 target applications

The OptiMOS™ 5 MOSFET voltage node is optimized for the intended application. The OptiMOS™ 5 40 V and 60 V MOSFETs are optimized for synchronous rectification with low Rds(on), low FOMg and include a schottky-like body diode.

The OptiMOS™ 5 150 V family offers best-in-class Rds(on), Qg and Qgd as well as superior Qrr for improved EMI behavior.

Target applications include:

  • SMPS: AC-DC converters, adapters, chargers, offline power supplies, LCD TV's, PC power, server and telecom
  • Inverters and battery powered: Solar, BPA, Industrial drives, multicopter and power tools.
