    MOTIX™ BTNxxxx single half-bridge IC family of smart, integrated motor driver ICs support high currents and are designed for use in automotive and industrial applications. A MOTIX™ single half-bridge is a smart low-ohmic, protected half-bridge in a single package. It can be combined with an additional half-bridge to create an H-bridge or 3-phase bridge as well.

    The MOTIX™ single half-bridge IC family has the capability to switch high frequency PWM while providing overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection. It offers cost-optimized solutions for protected high-current PWM motor drives with very low board-space consumption scaled to your needs.

    MOTIX™ TLE9166EQ for door control offers a versatile solution for door control modules, featuring 6 half-bridges with inrush current management, 25 kHz PWM, configurable slew rate, 6 high-side switches (one configurable as high-side or LDO), 1 LDO for off-board sensors, and 2 gate drivers for electrochromic mirrors and heaters. The device is optimized for use with MOTIX™ TLE956x motor system ICs (SBC). The combination of TLE9166 and TLE956x saves PCB space and provides excellent thermal performance.

    MOTIX™ TLE94xyz multi half-bridge ICs are pin- and software-compatible and consequently offer high flexibility and reduced design-in effort. Reduced system cost and small PCB footprint (up to 85% smaller footprint) are achieved by integration of multiple drivers and power stages (up to 12 half-bridges) in one device as well as through the feature optimization allowing to reduce external components. Infineon's MOTIX™ multi half-bridge ICs differentiate by an outstanding EMC concept and advanced diagnostic features for HS/LS level - improving overall system performance and reliability.

    • The many protection and diagnosis features of the MOTIX™ BTNxxxx single half-bridge devices make them ideal for safety-relevant applications like electronic parking brake, active suspension control or fuel pumps. Due to its durability and ease-of-use these devices are also ideal for electronic seatbelt pre-tensioners, T-Case, HVAC control module.
    • The MOTIX™ TLE9166 is suited for door locks, safe locks, mirror fold and adjustment, mirror heating, electrochromic mirrors, incandescent bulbs, and LEDs. The combination with MOTIX™ TLE956x motor system ICs (SBC) offers high configurability and advanced features to address different loads. The chipset provides the scalability required to adapt to various system architectures, for example door control modules, front drives rear and zonal applications.
    • MOTIX™ TLE94xyz multi half-bridge ICs are a perfect solution for HVAC flap control, mirror adjustment and lighting and can also drive other inductive, capacitive, and resistive loads, including relays and bipolar stepper motors. Besides motor control, the products can drive any other inductive, capacitive and resistive load within the device electrical characteristics such as monostable or bistable relays.

    The MOTIX™ IFX007T is an integrated high-current half-bridge for motor drive applications. It contains one p-channel high-side MOSFET, one n-channel low-side MOSFET and a driver IC – all integrated into a single package.

    Target applications are industrial & consumer motor drives for automation, home appliances, robotics, and medical applications, for example power tools, small robotics, drones, vacuum cleaners, medical motors, 3D printers, fans, pumps, and many more.
