Products

Infineon’s medium-voltage switching regulators and controllers are optimized for generating intermediate bus rails from 20 V to 120 V DC input systems, including industrial high‑cell battery architectures.

Built on a state‑of‑the‑art constant‑frequency current‑mode control scheme and leveraging Infineon’s expertise in silicon MOSFETs and the latest GaN technology, the family enables high-efficiency, low‑quiescent‑current, low‑EMI DC‑DC conversion using either integrated power stages or external discrete power devices. It is ideally suited for medium‑voltage conversions spanning roughly 2–3 W up to 500 W per IC.

Designed for industrial and high-cell battery power systems, Infineon’s medium-voltage regulators/controllers support a wide input-voltage range and high switching-frequency operation to enable compact, high–power-density DC‑DC designs.

Integrated spread spectrum and external clock synchronization help simplify EMI compliance, while very low quiescent current and high efficiency across the full load range reduce standby power and thermal dissipation.

Comprehensive protection features and optimization for both silicon MOSFET and GaN power stages deliver robust, flexible solutions across a broad range of power levels.
