Overview

Gate leads connect the semiconductor with the trigger unit. We offer two standard gate leads for disc devices of 750 mm length, which have two different connector dimensions. If different length is required, please get in touch with our support about customized parts. For modules we offer a pair of standard gate leads of 500 mm length. The connectors provide Poka-Yoke functionality and the cables are twisted to reduce electromagnetic irradiation.

The first one are the gate leads for modules with a baseplate of 20 mm which are only suitable for 20 mm pressure contact modules and the second area are the gate leads for modules with baseplates of 34-70 mm with different connection options.
