Overview

We offer bridge rectifier modules in solder pin design like EasyBRIDGE™ or eupec™ EconoBRIDGE™ modules. The available configurations are fully- and half-controlled rectifiers with brake IGBT and optional NTC resistor. The eupec™ IsoPACK™ family with screwable load terminals are fully- , half-, and uncontrolled rectifier modules. The three-phase AC switches complete the eupec™ IsoPACK™ product family.

About

The eupec™ IsoPACK™ modules are available in different topologies. We offer uncontrolled 3-phase bridge rectifier modules, half-controlled 3-phase bridge rectifier modules, fully controlled 3-phase rectifier modules, and 3-phase AC switches. All topologies are available in 1600 V variants in a current range from 60 A up to 125 A. Typical applications are active full-wave bridge rectifiers and semi-controlled bridges.

The housing concept of IsoPACK™ modules matches the 62 mm IGBT housing. Threaded power terminals for connecting leads ensure secure connections to the module and are able to carry high currents. The isolated copper baseplate leads to good thermal dissipation.

The eupec™ IsoPACK™ modules incorporate important advantages, e.g., screw terminals for high current carrying capability, internal NTC temperature sensor, compact standard housing, and a copper base plate that provides good thermal dissipation.

The eupec™ EconoBRIDGE™ modules incorporate important key features, e.g., customizable package (pin position and topology can be adapted to customer needs), numerous topologies and currents (100 A-360 A) that serve several application for platform strategies, TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT4 technology with Tvjop = 150°C for higher power density compared to TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT3 for compact inverter designs, pre-applied TIM that allows increased output power compared to standard modules and longer lifetime, established RoHS-compliant housing concept for high availability, PressFIT for main as well as auxiliary terminals to reduce mounting effort and the rectifier bridge, brake chopper and NTC in just one package to enable system cost savings.
