About AF high-voltage transistors

Infineon's AF high-voltage transistors offer breakdown voltages up to 300 V and high collector currents up to 500 mA. These devices can be used for most high-voltage applications.

AF high-voltage transistor portfolio

Infineon offers a wide portfolio of AF high-voltage transistors that cover most of the applications in automotive, industry, consumer, communication, and datacom. AF high-voltage transistors are offered in various packages (SOT23, SOT89, and SOT223) and both polarities (PNP and NPN).

Design support

Infineon offers simulation models for high-voltage devices to support customers in the design process. SPICE model library is provided for simulations. PCB footprint and symbols are also provided to support customers in the layout process. PCB design data is provided for major layout software such as Altium, Eagle, Mentor, Cadence, MWO, and ADS.
