Infineon's AF digital transistors offer breakdown voltages up to 50 V and high collector currents of up to 500 mA. These devices are available with built-in bias resistors, thus reducing the BOM cost.

Infineon offers a wide portfolio of AF digital transistors that cover most of the applications in automotive, industry, consumer, communication, and datacom. AF digital transistors are offered in various packages (SOT23, SC74, SOT363, and SOT323), both polarities (PNP and NPN), and single and dual configurations.

Infineon offers simulation models for digital devices to support customers in the design process. SPICE model library is provided for simulations. PCB footprint and symbols are also provided to support customers in the layout process. PCB design data is provided for major layout software such as Altium, Eagle, Mentor, Cadence, and MWO.
