Infineon's CoolGaN™ Drive family is a range of integrated transistors with gate drivers that offer a comprehensive solution for various applications. The family includes single-switch and half-bridge integrated driver options, building on Infineon's reliable CoolGaN™ Transistor technology while combining it with intelligent gate drivers for the highest efficiency. This integration enables a robust and high-performing portfolio of products that offer ease-of-use and faster time-to-market.

Key characteristics of GaN with integrated driver

The characteristics of CoolGaN™ Drive products make them suitable for high-performance applications, such as telecom and data center power supply units, intermediate BUS converters,  motor drives, robotics and solar applications. Features like the bootstrap diodes, lossless current sense, and adjustable turn-on and turn-off dv/dt enable the highest performance and efficient operation in various applications, making the CoolGaN™ Drive products the perfect choice for your next project.
