About

Infineon's NOR flash is offered in known good wafer (KGW) format with Quad SPI and parallel interfaces. 1.8 V Quad SPI is available in 64 Mb and 256 Mb densities, including SEMPER™ Nano at 256 Mb. 3.0 V Quad SPI is available at 512 Mb. 3.0 V parallel (x16) interface is available in 128 Mb through 1 Gb densities. Temperature grades vary by product, and include commercial, industrial, and extended.

Infineon's F-RAM is offered in KGW format with Quad SPI and parallel interfaces. Wide-range (2 V-3.6 V) Quad SPI is available in 2 Mb and 4 Mb densities. Wide-range (2 V-3.6 V) parallel interface is available in 256 Kb, 1 Mb, and 2 Mb densities. 256 Kb supports x8 parallel, 2 Mb supports x16 parallel, and 1 Mb supports both. F-RAM in KGW format is industrial rated (-40°C to +85°C).

Infineon's nvSRAM is offered in KGW format with a wide-range (2.7 V - 3.6 V) 8-bit parallel interface. It is available in 1 Mb and 4 Mb densities and is rated for operation at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C (industrial grade).

Infineon offers a wide variety of asynchronous SRAM in known good wafer format, including devices rated for commercial (0°C to +70°C), industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and military (-55°C to +125°C) applications. Densities include 256 Kb, and 1 Mb, 2 Mb, 4 Mb, 8Mb, and 16 Mb, and parallel interfaces include x4, x8, and x16 bus widths with industry standard interface voltages. Contact us to explore options.

Infineon's synchronous SRAM is offered in known good wafer format at 9 Mb and 72 Mb densities. 9 Mb devices are available with wide-range voltage (2.4 V - 3.6 V) operating across an 18-bit or 36-bit parallel interface. 72 Mb devices are available with wide-range voltage (2.4 V - 3.6 V) operating across a 36-bit parallel interface. All devices are industrial rated (-40°C to +85°C).
