Infineon’s flash memory product longevity program extends availability of our most popular memory products to serve long-lived platforms. Typical longevity is 10+ years from date of production release. SEMPER™ Nano is available in KGW format, enabling the implementation of custom System-in-Package (SiP) and Multi-Chip Package (MCP) designs.
