Our B11HFC microwave process is a state-of-the-art mature technology. Automotive-qualified with extended temperature range, it is well-established for high volume production and ideal for applications up to 100 GHz.

  • Automated test equipment
  • Defense and space, including satellite ground terminals, phased array antennas, and MMICs
  • Line-of-sight communication
  • Surface (material) characterization for medical diagnosis and surgery
  • Quality control for industrial applications
  • Short-range radar

RF foundry services include:

  • COTS parts with traceability
  • COTS chips in small quantity
