Overview

Gate leads are designed for Infineon’s electrically triggered thyristors (ETT) with disc housings as well as for our entire thyristor module portfolio. The gate leads connect the semiconductor with the trigger unit. Our laser diodes match the entire LTT portfolio. Optical fibers are applicable to all environments like oil, water, and air.

If one-side cooling is sufficient, Infineon´s thyristor and diode discs up to a housing of 75 mm diameter can be mounted onto a heatsink by using clamping units easily.

On request, you receive clamps (one-sided cooling) suitable for our disc housings.

Our gate leads fit best according to isolation, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and exchange safety versus gate and auxiliary connectors.

The laser diodes and light fibers are designed for our light triggered thyristor (LTT) portfolio with disc housings. Optical fibers are applicable to all environments like oil, water, and air. On request, you receive suitable optical fibers and laser diodes for our LTTs.
