Overview
This complex device driver (CDD) runs on AURIX™ TC38x microcontroller and supports the usage, the configuration and the supervision of Infineon’s Monitoring and Balancing IC TLE9012DQU. It acts as a gateway between the battery management system application software and the TLE9012DQU hardware devices and is ISO26262 (ASIL-D) as well as AUTOSAR compliant.

The TLE9012DQU BMS Complex Device Driver is responsible to generate and schedule messages according to the configuration and incorporate commands from the application. Messages are transmitted via the UART interface of the TLE9015DQU Transceiver and the TLE9012DQU Balancing and Monitoring IC. The CDD allows for a large variety of configuration parameters to be easily customized according to your needs. Individual configuration files can immediately be generated for your BMS project and enable a significant acceleration of development time.
