About

Infineon's digital temperature sensors deliver high measurement accuracy out of the box. This eliminates the need for complex compensation algorithms or calibration steps in your system design. With accuracy levels down to fractions of a degree, these sensors provide reliable temperature data across a wide operating range.

The Measurement is accurate and stable, even under varying supply conditions and environmental influences such as mechanical stress: our sensors can even be mounted on flex-PCBs. This makes them ideal for applications where precision directly impacts performance, safety, or user experience: from medical skin temperature monitoring, to consumer wearables and beyond.

Designed for energy-efficient systems, Infineon's digital temperature sensors feature ultra-low power consumption. Typical current consumption is reduced to only a few microamps during measurement and drops even further in standby mode, enabling enhanced battery life in portable and wearable devices.

Low self-heating ensures that measurement accuracy is not compromised, even in continuous monitoring scenarios. Combined with flexible sampling rates and configurable operating modes, these sensors allow developers to optimize performance and power consumption for their specific application requirements.

With their extremely small WLCSP packaging (down to 0.8 x 0.8mm), Infineon's temperature sensors are ideally suited for space-constrained designs. The fully integrated solution combines sensing, signal conditioning, and digital output in a single device, significantly reducing PCB space and design complexity.

The standard I²C digital interface enables seamless integration into modern electronic systems, while multiple addressing options support multi-sensor configurations. The wide Supply Voltage Range facilitates integration into different low-power products. Built-in alert functions allow direct communication with the host processor, simplifying system design and enabling faster response to temperature changes.
