XENSIV™ 60 GHz radar sensor is also used for vital sign tracking in various fields, including consumer electronics, healthcare, driver assistance, and industrial applications.

All 60 GHz radar sensors are optimized in size and come with Antennas-in-Package (AIP).

  • BGT60LTR11AIP: 1 Tx (transmitter), 1 Rx (receiver) – Enables fully autonomous radar sensing
  • BGT60LTR11SAIP: 1 Tx, 1 Rx – Down-specified and most cost-effective variant of BGT60LTR11AIP
  • BGT60LTR11BAIP: 1 Tx, 1 Rx – Japanese variant of BGT60LTR11AIP
