The S25FL032P0XMFA010 is a 32-Mbit, 3.0 V SPI NOR Flash memory based on 0.09 μm MirrorBit® technology, featuring 64 uniform 64-KB sectors and flexible top/bottom parameter blocks. It supports up to 104 MHz read, Quad/Dual I/O, and 256-byte page programming. Advanced data protection, one-time programmable (OTP) regions, 100,000 cycles per sector, and 20-year data retention ensure reliability for code storage and embedded applications across -40°C to +85°C.
