High-tech meets nature: At our headquarters in Neubiberg near Munich, our employees work in research & development, central functions, IT, and more. With its natural surroundings, our Campeon creates a unique atmosphere for both work and relaxation.

Founded in 1994, our Dresden manufacturing site is now one of the most modern and largest locations for production, technology, and product development. Infineon Dresden is also one of the region’s key industrial employers.

Innovation lab and high-tech factory: In Regensburg, we define and shape the chip standards of tomorrow. With our talented teams, we develop innovations using cutting-edge materials such as graphene and nanopastes. We also pioneer new packaging techniques, manufacturing processes, and chip separation methods for our power semiconductors, sensors, microcontrollers, and RF chips.

In Warstein, we develop and manufacture power semiconductor modules used in trains, automobiles, wind turbines, photovoltaics, industrial drives, and household appliances.
