myInfineon is your personal dashboard for accessing Infineon digital services with one account. You can track orders, manage support cases, customize notifications, register for events and webinars, and access engineering tools and resources through a single sign-on experience.

myICP is a web-based platform for exchanging confidential information and collaborating with Infineon customers and partners. It gives users the ability to share confidential content to sales/distributors / key customers like Contracts, Pre-M9 product information, and Sensitive customer project information. To access myInfineon Collaboration Platform, you need to register to myInfineon first.

You can register by clicking the “Register” or “Sign up” option on the myInfineon login page and completing the registration form. After submitting your information, you will receive a verification email to activate your account. Further information is available here.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, you can request a new verification email from the registration or login page.

When the user has atemped 5 unsuccesful logins, by providing a wrong password, the account will be temporarily blocked for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes has passed, user will be able to login again with the same password.

Currently, the email address associated with a myInfineon account cannot be changed. If you need to use a different email address, you will need to create a new myInfineon account with the new email address.

1. Verification request: Every 6 months, you will receive an email asking you to verify your account status in order to comply with security procedures.

2. Reminder: If you do not complete the verification, a reminder email will be sent to you after one month.

3. Login trigger: When you log in successfully, you will be automatically redirected to a verification page. A verification code will be sent to your email when the page opens.

4. Code verification: You need to enter the code received by email to confirm your email address.

5. Account reactivation: Once you complete the verification, your account will be confirmed and you can continue using myInfineon without needing support assistance.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it through the myInfineon login page. Click “Forgot password?” on the login screen, enter the email address associated with your myInfineon account, and follow the instructions. You will receive a security code by email. Enter the code, then create and confirm your new password to complete the process.

If you would like to delete or deactivate your myInfineon account, please contact Infineon support for assistance or raise a case in Case Management.

Once logged in, you can access your order information through the order management section of the dashboard, where you can view order status and related details.
