PROFET™ + 12V is a high-side switch IC family characterized by its high short-circuit robustness, driving load currents from 0.5 A to 11 A. The family is pin-to-pin compatible within itself and with the PROFET™ + 24V family, simplifying design reuse.

PROFET™ + 24V high-side switches are designed for higher voltage supply systems and harsh operating environments including trucks, buses, and construction and agricultural vehicles (CAV). The scalable family offers 12 pin-to-pin compatible devices, comprehensive protection functions, very fast current sense diagnosis, and an extended operating voltage range.

PROFET™ +2 12V, our latest smart high-side power switch family, offers more accurate current sense diagnostics and protection for nominal load currents from 1 A to 32 A. Pin-to-pin compatible packages (TSDSO-14 and TSDSO-24) enable design flexibility, low power dissipation, and PCB space savings. The family includes AEC-Q 100 Grade 1 and Grade 0 devices for high ambient temperature applications and is available as a PRO-SIL™ ISO 26262-ready intelligent power high-side switch.

Achieve precise, hardware-based wire protection with the PROFET™ Wire Guard automotive eFuse portfolio.
