About

PSOC™ Automotive 4700S Plus family is based on a 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU, offering exceptional processing power for your automotive applications. With single-cycle multiply instructions, algorithms run faster and more efficiently than ever before. Flash goes up to 128 KB, complete with the read accelerator technology. This allows for lightning-fast access to program code, ensuring responsive and reliable performance. Incorporating up to 8 KB of SRAM, the PSOC™ Automotive 4700S Plus microcontroller family supports advanced capacitive and inductive sensing applications. This feature enables precise touch and proximity sensing, enhancing user interfaces and controls in your automotive designs.

This device supports a low-cost and robust Oscillator based inductive sensing, which
integrates seamlessly with existing user interfaces and is used to detect the presence of metallic or conductive
objects. The Oscillator based inductive sensing provides best-in-class signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), Higher
operating frequency, better sensitivity and Parallel scanning.

PSOC™ Automotive 4700S Plus Arm® Cortex®-M0 microcontrollers are available in a space-saving 40-pin QFN package.

In terms of serial communication, the PSOC™ Automotive 4700S Plus family boasts of four independent run-time-reconfigurable SCBs. These SCBs support reconfigurable I2C, SPI, UART, or LIN 1.3, 2.1/2.2 functionality, providing versatile communication options for your automotive systems with up to 33 programmable GPIO pins. Any GPIO pin can be configured for CAPSENSE™, LCD, analog, or digital functions, giving you the freedom to tailor your design to your exact specifications.

The family offers a range of analog capabilities, including one opamp with reconfigurable high-drive external and high-bandwidth internal drive. It also supports comparator mode and ADC input buffering capability. Also, PSOC™ 4700S Plus offers high-resolution ADC with a 12-bit 1 Msps SAR ADC with differential and single-ended modes.

The integrated channel sequencer with signal averaging ensures accurate data acquisition for your applications. Two current DACs are available for general-purpose or capacitive sensing applications on any pin, providing flexibility in your analog circuitry. Two low-power comparators operate even in deep-sleep mode, ensuring system functionality while conserving power.
