The TLS850C2TE is a regulator suitable for automotive applications with an input range of 3V to 40V. Its low quiescent current of 20µA is ideal for always-on systems. The ultra-low dropout enables operation during cranking. With a compact design and internal protection features, it offers stable output voltage and safeguards against failures. Also available in 3.3V output version as TLS850C2TE V33.
