The TLS820F0 V50 regulators are ideal for automotive systems, with 3V to 40V input range and 40μA quiescent current. They offer 2% output accuracy, 200mA max current, fast regulation, and stability. The Reset feature supervises output voltage, and a watchdog circuit monitors the microcontroller's operation. Additionally, they provide output current limitation and overtemperature shutdown for protection.
