OPTIREG™ TLS820F3ELV50: High-performance fixed voltage regulator. Input range: 3V-42V, low quiescent current: 26µA. Ideal for automotive systems. Output accuracy: ±2%, max current: 200mA. Requires only 1µF ceramic capacitor. Supports 3V input and cranking conditions. On/off control via Enable. Integrated protection against faults. Watchdog circuit and adjustable reset timing.
