The TLS102B0MB supplies off-board systems, such as sensors in automotive powertrain management. It offers reverse polarity and short circuit protection. With a supply voltage up to 40V and output current up to 20mA, the output voltage accurately follows the reference voltage applied to EN/ADJ, with a minimum of 2.0V.
