The MOTIX™ TLE9844QXC is a fully integrated relay driven DC motor control solution designed for applications such as smart window control modules, supporting both CXPI and LIN protocols. This automotive qualified chip combines an Arm® Cortex® M0 microcontroller core with CXPI/LIN transceivers, low side, and high-side drivers and power. With scalable Flash memory sizes from 36kB to 64kB in pin-compatible devices, the TLE984x family is easily adaptable to various application requirements.
