The TLE4290 is a monolithic integrated low drop voltage regulator capable of supplying loads up to 450mA with a power good feature. It regulates an input voltage up to 42V to VQ,nom = 5.0V, designed for supplying μ-controllers in the severe automotive environment. It is protected against overload, short circuit, and over-temperature conditions, suitable for various applications requiring a stabilized 5V voltage.
