The device can drive an output current of more than 10mA and regulate the output voltage within a 4% accuracy. It includes a Power Fail Output (open collector) that switches to low in case of under-voltage at the output pin, with an internal 50 kΩ pull-up resistor connected to the output Q. Additionally, the device incorporates temperature protection that disables the circuit at overtemperature.
