The TLE4269 can drive a 150mA load and has short-circuit protection. It includes thermal shutdown and generates a reset signal for VQ < 4.65V, with adjustable threshold and delay. The TLE4279 is an alternative version, available in PG-DSO-8 as TLE4279G and PG-DSO-14 as TLE4279GM and provides input voltage supervision using an integrated comparator for a low voltage warning.
