The OPTIREG™ linear TLS820D2ELVSE is a high-performance voltage regulator for automotive systems. It features a very low 20μA quiescent current, input voltage range of 3V to 40V, and selectable output voltages (5V and 3.3V). Additionally, it includes a reset feature for voltage supervision and operates during cranking conditions.
