The TLE 4250 G is a low-drop voltage tracker designed for automotive sensor applications, providing protection against overload, short circuit, and reverse polarity. It tracks supply voltages up to 40V, ensuring accuracy within 0.5% while driving a load up to 50mA. It can be switched to standby mode via the adjust input, making it suitable for low-power battery applications.
