The FM31L276-GTR is a 64-Kbit integrated processor companion combining nonvolatile F-RAM, real-time clock, and supervisory functions in a 14-pin SOIC. It features 8K x 8 memory, 100 trillion read/write endurance, and 151-year data retention. Operating from 2.7 V to 3.6 V at –40°C to +85°C, it offers a programmable watchdog timer, low-VDD reset, dual battery-backed event counters, and a 64-bit lockable serial number.
