CY62167GE30-45BV1XIT is a 16-Mbit (1M × 16 or 2M × 8) CMOS static RAM with embedded ECC for single-bit error correction and an ERR output that flags correction during read cycles. It operates from 2.2 V to 3.6 V over -40°C to 85°C with 45 ns speed grade. Byte writes use BHE/BLE, and Automatic Power-down plus Byte Power-down reduce standby current to 1.5 µA typ and 8 µA max in industrial designs.
