The BTS81000-SSGI-6ET, part of the SPOC™ Smart Guard family, is a 6-channel power controller with SPI, in a small package, optimized for ADAS and Power Distribution. Its main features include enhanced digital diagnosis, adjustable overcurrent limitation per channel, and limp home & idle mode. This 133 mΩ variant can drive currents of up to 1 A per channel. The switches are ISO 26262 compliant and ideal for modern vehicle power distribution systems.
