Infineon in Regensburg is an innovation site and high-tech factory. Here, more than 3,000 employees think and build the chip standards of the future right next to the Danube. It is the only location with front-end and back-end production. Short distances enable fast and creative exchange with colleagues from around 44 nations.
Together with our more than 3,000 employees, we develop innovations with new materials and devise new packaging, manufacturing processes and new chip separation methods for our power semiconductors, sensors, microcontrollers and high-frequency chips.
