The CoolMOS™ P7 portfolio comprises superjunction (SJ) MOSFETs designed for high-efficiency power conversion applications. With voltage ratings ranging from 600 V to 950 V, these MOSFETs are ideal for use in a variety of applications including auxiliary power supplies, lighting and charger applications, solar inverters, and industrial motor drives.

The CoolMOS™ P7 MOSFETs feature a low gate charge and low on-resistance, which results in reduced switching losses and improved efficiency. They also have an elevated threshold voltage with an integrated Zener protection diode, which makes them less sensitive to voltage spikes and noise.

In addition, the CoolMOS™ P7 MOSFETs feature a high avalanche ruggedness, which means that they can withstand high voltage transients without damage. This makes them ideal for use in applications where voltage spikes and surges are common, from flyback topologies to any power supplies connected to weak grids.
