The TLS850C2TE is a regulator suitable for automotive applications with an input range of 3V to 40V. Its low quiescent current of 20µA is ideal for always-on systems. The ultra-low dropout enables operation during cranking. The new loop concept ensures fast regulation and high stability with just a 1µF ceramic capacitor at the output. Internal protection features safeguard against failures. Also available in 5V output version as TLS850C2TE V50.
