With input range of 2.75V to 42V, it's ideal for automotive applications. 5.0V output, 2% accuracy, and 100mA current capability. Requires just 1μF ceramic capacitor. Enable feature for on/off control, consuming <1μA. Suitable for systems during cranking. Includes internal protection for current limitation and overtemperature shutdown.
