TLF80511TC regulates input voltage up to 40V to VQ,nom = 5V with ±2% precision. Ideal for low operating current systems connected to batteries, it has a quiescent current of 38µA. Dropout voltage is 100mV for output current < 100mA. Works from 3.3V input voltage, making it suitable for automotive systems. Requires only 1µF output capacitor for stable regulation.
