The AEC-Q100 qualified TLF12501 integrated power stage is part of the OPTIREG™ multiphase product family and is optimized for the automotive segment long-term reliability. It contains a synchronous buck gate-driver IC which is co-packed with control and synchronous MOSFETs. The package is optimized for harsh automotive environment, PCB layout, heat transfer, driver/MOSFET control timing, and minimal switch node ringing.
