The MOTIX™ TLE9883-2QTW62S is a fully integrated 2-Phase motor driver with an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, a CAN-FD transceiver, and driving stages on a single die. It also incorporates a safe switch of path developed according to ISO26262, ensuring safety in the applciation. The device is designed to address a wide range of automotive DC motor control applications, such as HVAC blower.
