The MOTIX™ TLE9883-2QTW62S is a fully integrated 2-Phase motor driver with an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, a CAN transceiver, and driving stages on a single die. This compact chip features two 14-bit sigma-delta ADCs. It also incorporates a safe switch of path developed according to ISO26262, ensuring safety. Its advanced features make it an ideal choice for various BDC automotive applications.
