The MOTIX™ TLE9854QXW is a highly integrated single-chip 2-phase motor driver that combines an Arm® Cortex®-M0 core, NFET driver, LIN transceiver, and power in a single package. This compact Grade 0 solution is offered in a leadless VQFN-48 package, minimizing board space and enabling optimized system cost for applications such as window lift.
