The MOTIX™ TLE9851QXW is a highly integrated single-phase motor driver that combines an Arm® Cortex®-M0 microcontroller, flash memory, analog and mixed-signal peripherals, a LIN transceiver, and driving stages in a single package. This device features Infineon's Adaptive MOSFET Control, which enables improved EMC performance. As a half-bridge NFET driver, the TLE9851QXW is well-suited for single-phase DC pumps and fans, such as HVAC Blower.
