The MOTIX™ TLE9180D-32QK is a gate driver IC dedicated to control 6 external N-channel MOSFETs for BLDC motor drive automotive applications. The device has 3 current sense amplifiers intergated and operates at 12V, 24V and 48V battery voltage domains. Thanks to the powerful driver stage with typ. 2 A output current per channel, the gate driver can be used in a wide range of applications. This device is developed in accordance with ISO26262.
