The TLE8386-2EL is a switching regulator with adjustable frequency (100 kHz to 700 kHz) and external clock synchronization. It has an enable function for low shut-down current (< 2 μA). The current mode regulation ensures stability with small external compensation components. Soft-start feature limits current peak and voltage overshoot at startup.It includes protection functions like output overvoltage and overtemperature shutdown.
