TLE7273-2: Perfect for battery-connected applications due to ultra-low quiescent current. Shutdown feature via Enable input (<3µA current consumption). Output current limitation, overtemperature shutdown for protection against overload, short circuit, and over-temperature. Wide junction temperature range: -40°C to 150°C.
